All orders are shipped via Taiwan Post International EMS Service.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees may be charged by your local government upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If a package is unclaimed or refused, any return shipping fees will also be the responsibility of the customer.

-EXCHANGES

We hope you enjoy our products. If there is an issue with your order, we are happy to offer an exchange within 10 days of delivery. Return shipping is not provided.
